Check-In is possible at any time from 02.00 p.m. onwards. If your arrival will be after 06.00 p.m., please let us know in advance.

The check-out time on your day of departure is until 10.30 a.m.

Begin your day with enjoyment. Let the scent of freshly brewed coffee from our breakfast cafe entice your senses and invite you to help yourself from the healthy vitamin-rich breakfast buffet. If the sun is shining, you can enjoy your breakfast on the beautiful sun terrace. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements (such as coeliac or lactose intolerance), we will ensure that you also have a full choice of breakfast options. For guests who wish to book without breakfast, we can order some bread rolls, pretzels, etc as needed.

We will gladly provide a packed lunch for your day trips. These include a bottle of water, juice, muesli bar, fruit, maps, tour tips, napkins and 2 sandwiches for € 4,90 per person. 

In the evenings you can either cook for yourselves or order a "Brotzeitteller" (cold cuts platter) incl. drink for € 9,50 per person. This platter will be placed in your room by 12.00 p.m. at the latest. The hotel also has a vending machine for cold beverages as well as a coffee vending machine for your use.

Bad Birnbach offers a wide variety of restaurants, from typical bavarian, italian, asian and greek cuisine to fine patisseries or a traditional strudel, there is something for every taste.

We live for sustainability, which is why we only offer limited housekeeping services. Just like everyone's viewpoint is unique, so is everyone's definition of what is "normal" or "obvious". Therefore we will fulfil your individual wishes and perform housekeeping services as you would like. If you have any questions, you can call us on 08563/9710.

You can park free of charge in the parking lot in front of the hoteI or in the garage for € 4,- per night. In the garage you will also find an E-Charging Station (Charging plug: Type 2, Charging power: 11 kWh, Fee: € 0,55 per kWh).

You can store your bicycles free of charge in our own lockable bicycle cellar. You can also charge your e-bikes here, also free of charge.

We do allow pets (in selected rooms and with advance notice). Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or in the wellness areas.

At reception, you can book all day trips/half-day trips offered by the travel agency Eichberger (e.g. to Passau, Altötting, Linz, Salzburg, etc.). We have access to the bus seats and can reserve your seat choice for you.

The PassauRegioCard lets you experience and enjoy your holiday, without repeatedly having to reach for your wallet. Go and explore our region - you will be thrilled! The PassauRegioCard is available for 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 or 14 days and includes entry or discounts for over 100 partners such as the Rottal Terme Bad Birnbach, Europa Therme Bad Füssing, Johannesbad Bad Füssing, Therme Eins Bad Füssing, Wohlfühl-Therme Bad Griesbach, various public pools, many museums, leisure centres, Inn ship tours, zoos, and, and, and…!

Your recommendation means a lot to us! Convince your friends and family how restful it is to stay in our hotel. For every new Guest*, that stays at least one night with us because of your recommendation, you receive a Voucher for € 25,-, that you can use on your next stay. *A new guest means either a single person in a single room, a couple in a double room, etc. If you have any questions, please ask at reception.
