The soothing warmth and opportunity to rest your body and soul is at your disposal daily from 05.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. (usage before 05.00 p.m. is available upon request).
The Finnish Sauna offers an optimal 85°C and a humidity of 22% and is one of the most traditional saunas.
Additionally we offer a Steam Sauna. Relax in a pleasant 45°C and a humidity of 100%. The steam has positive effects on your hair, skin and respiratory organs.

Different to our traditional saunas, the Infrared Cabin is heated by the striking infrared energy from Amstark. The heated rays penetrate into the skin and cause you to perspire from the inside out.
After every sauna session, you can cool down and refresh in the dipping pool or the showers. There is also a foot and Kneipp basin to activate your circulation.
In the adjoining relaxation room, you can rest, relax and replenish your body and soul.
